At Iarau we pride ourselves on our ability to lead culturally grounded and mainstream projects inclusive of long-term and sprint projects. Pou Arataki encompasses our project management skills and capability, as well as our ability to support operational efficiency, securing funding, and business/funding cases for other entities.
Pou Tūhonohono
Pou Tūhonohono represents Iarau’s expertise in designing and delivering fit-for-purpose events, providing end-to-end management with particular capability in culturally centred events. From February 2025, this capability will be enhanced by the launch of Iarau’s bespoke event management app, streamlining coordination and engagement.

Pou Whakapiki enhances outreach through communications, media, graphic design, and facilitation. This service area strengthens storytelling, fact-sharing, and engagement. We build creative and strategic solutions tailored to client needs.
